Research is conducted by five main labs that each focus on a particular aspect of cancer within the Research Programs.

Theurillat Lab: Driver Mutations and Empirically Individualized Cancer TherapyOur research group focuses on a new genetically defined subtype of prostate cancer characterized by point mutations in SPOP and deletions in CHD1. We aim to explore the roles of SPOP and CHD1 mutations in tumorigenesis with the ultimate goal to develop new therapeutic avenues for this subtype of prostate cancer. more...
